Mthombeni Attorneys Inc was established during the year 2017 by its director Mr. Mthombeni Silence.

The Director of Mthombeni Attorneys Inc is an admitted attorney of the High

Court of South Africa. Attorney Mthombeni hold the following degrees: B. Iuris

degree and LLB degrees from the University of Venda.

Attorney Mthombeni commenced practising on his own account during the

year 2001 under the name and style of XS Mthombeni Attorneys.

During the year 2004 XS Mthombeni Attorneys merged with TH Chabalala

Attorneys to form Chabalala and Mthombeni Attorneys (a Partnership).

Chabalala and Mthombeni Attorneys carried on its business until May 2017

when the partnership was dissolved by mutual agreement between the Partners.

Immediately after the dissolution of the Partnership Mr. Mthombeni

established the company Mthombeni Attorneys Incorporated.
